Very sexy, down right dirty, and heartpounding all at the same time. The submission and dominance in this one was so well done. "Bruised Ego" by Christine d'Abo hit the spot of me because this guy gets taken down one peg at a time for a good reason of course and seeing him come back together was amazing! I also liked, "Silverhouse" by Sarabeth Scott a lot. My top three were "Rescue Me" by Meljean Brook which was a unique story that I wished lasted a whole lot longer. On the ecstasy side there were 10 stories. There were a couple that I didn't like, the pain didn't seem necessary or fulfilling, "Shameless," and "Stitch and Bitch" fell into that category. They didn't follow a segmented theme, there wasn't a lot of back story it was just straight up sex in one fashion or another. All of them were short, hot and emotionally fulfilling. And finally, "Safeword," which a little lighter and more fun than the others. "Wicked Wedding Night" by Margaret Rowe, my favorite of the whole book, which featured a historical background, dark, intense and full of passion. Coi, a very dark paranormal tale that ended abruptly, but left me wanting more. Some of them left a lot of unanswered questions and a couple I didn't want to end at all. There is probably something for just about every kind of erotic reader here.My favorites didn't always have a happy ending. There is paranormal fiction, historical fiction, science fiction and contemporary romance. There are many stories in this book that feature one man and one woman, a couple that feature male/male relationships and one female/female story. Eroticism doesn't always have to involve submission and dominance and this book goes to show you there is a lot more to the concept of painful pleasure than meets the eye. It isn't something that all readers can appreciate, but those who do will really get into this anthology. That's not to say I don't lovvve my reader, I do! But once in awhile it's really nice to find a book that gives you something extra and this one does.Īll of the stories revolve around the pleasure that some people get from pain. I'm still a huge proponent of the old fashioned print media, the feel of the book in your hand, the smell of the fresh ink etc. I loved the flip book concept because it provides the reader with a reading experience they can't get from digital media. There will be things that appeal to one reader and not to the next and so on. The really good stories far outweigh those that didn't quite get off the ground. Overall it was definitely time well spent in reading this one. The themes cannot be completely lumped under the BDSM label and there are some stories that are really good and others that weren't my cup of tea. Agony/Ecstasy runs the gamete when it comes to genre and emotional levels. Not an easy task! Especially when you have such a diverse collection. I don't like to overburden the reader with too much information, but I still want to be thorough. I tend to be a bit of a rambler and I like to discuss each book I read thoroughly, so it's difficult for me to pin down what I liked and didn't like with so many short stories and so little space for each review. ![]() I'll be the first to tell you that reviewing an anthology is never easy. Each of the twenty-one stories is about twenty pages long and packs a punch in more ways than one. Billed as erotic stories that explore the pain and pleasure of sex, this collection features tales from many different genres, with different sexual orientations and at least one sexual encounter per story. The very hot, very sexy erotic stories in Jane Litte's Agony/Ecstasy flip book will definitely hit the spot of some. This is the perfect time of year for reading anthologies! Many people don't have the time to commit to reading full length novels with the holidays in full swing. ![]() Do the same steps to the other reverse light. Don’t forget to put the reverse light bulb back in. Make sure that as you wrap the wires together they are wrapped to the center of the reverse light, this way when you put the rubber seal back on it covers all of the LED’s nicely without having too much wiring in the way. See the illustrations for what the wires will look like when wrapped together. Finally, bundle all of the wires together by using the electrical tape to wrap them together. Once completed and dried, take the longer wire you saved earlier, and connect it to all of the shorter wires from the LED’s, using electrical tape wrap the spliced wires together. Do this to all of the lights you will be installing. Make sure to put enough to cover the back of the LED, so that the glue is touching the housing, this will ensure the light does not come out. Make sure to splice the ends of the wires, before putting them on the Reverse light, now place an LED into the hole created and use the Glue Gun to place some glue on the LED. You’re going to need this wire to connect all 6 LED’s to your third brake light. Cut all of the LED lights wires to about a 6” length, from the wires you cut save one of the longer pieces. Now open up your package of LED lights, the LED lights come with what seems like 10 feet of wire, but you are only going to need about 5 or 6 inches. After drilling all of the holes, use the shop vac to suck any shavings from inside the light out, a good shop vac will suck everything out in 2 secs, quick and easy. Be careful when drilling the hole, you only want to put enough pressure to drill through the back side of the light, too much pressure and you may drill into the lens cover. Use the following sized drill bit (13/64) to create the holes, this will create the exact size you need and the LED will fit nicely in the hole. These LED lights come with a small black housing you can take it off as you won’t need them. I used the following lights pictured here: (The more LED’s you use the more you have to pay attention to the spacing between each, the spacing here may not be exactly accurate, but works well, and looks great)), and I picked them up at Pep Boys. Depending on how many LED lights you want to put in, depends on how many holes you’re going to need, I used 6 LED lights per reverse light (See illustrations for spacing Now, let’s mark the spots and get ready to drill. Once the rubber seal is off lay it aside with the sticky side up. If you try and pull up from the outer edge there’s a chance you can tear it. Removing the bulb is easy, twist it counter clock wise and pull it out, to remove the rubber seal pull the seal off by putting one or two fingers on the inside of the seal (side closest to the bulb) and pulling it up. Now that you have the lights taken out, first thing we have to do is take the reverse light bulb out and then remove the rubber seal. Be sure to get a good hold of the liner from two sides of the plug and kind of wiggle it out, if not you take the chance in breaking the liner plug, not a biggie since you can probably pick these plugs up for cheap, but why spend money on a simple plug when you can save it for something better! While you’re at it, also remove the following three plugs from the trunk, this will give you access to the third brake light, without removing the whole trunk lid liner. You can remove these easily with a pair of pliers.Īfter removing the nuts, you can pop the light out by pushing in on the plastic clip and pushing out from the inside. Next remove the connecter and remove the following two nuts. ![]() Pop the trunk and remove the black plastic cover that hides the reverse light housing, it comes off easily by pushing up on the bottom of it and then sliding it out of position as shown in the following picture.
